What information is required to register a company?

Before you begin the online application form to register your new company, you must ensure that you have the following information at the ready:

  • A company name

  • Apostille - In order to register company on behalf of you apostille your power of attorney, you must mail in the original notarized copy to our office for processing. A power of attorney can only be authenticated from the government the documents were notarized in. 

  • Director details full name, residential address, date and place of birth.

  • Place of business address – often the same as the registered office address. Again, address will be provided by our office.

  • Shareholder details Full name/company name (can be individual or company), residential address, share distribution
