What information do I need to open a company bank account?

Most Azerbaijan banks will require certain proof of identity and company existence in order to open an account in your company name. This list is by no means exhaustive and may differ at each bank:

• Application for account opening (submitted in bank)
• Bank account agreement (issued in bank; 2 copies)
• Notarized copy of the statute
• Notarized copy of State Registration Certificate
• Duplicate Certificate issued by Tax Authorities for each account
• Notarized signature samples - (issued in bank; 2 pieces)
